Central Training Academy has teamed up with FC Clacton to launch an exciting new football coaching course for 16-19s in Clacton-on-Sea.
This free course combines classroom learning with real-world coaching experience at a working football club.
Starts October 2025 – Limited spaces available!
📍 Location: FC Clacton & Central Training Academy, Clacton-on-Sea
🎓 What You’ll Learn
- The foundations of football coaching and fitness
- How to plan, deliver and review coaching sessions
- Anatomy, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Communication, teamwork and leadership skills
- English and Maths support (if needed)
👤 This is for you if:
- You're aged 16–19 (or up to 24 with an EHCP)
- You love football and want to turn your passion into a career
- You want to build your confidence, experience, and qualifications
- You're not currently in school, college or employment, or want a fresh start
📝 Entry Requirements
- No formal qualifications needed
- A strong interest in sport and coaching and a willingness to learn
- Commitment to attending 2 days at Central + 1 day at FC Clacton every week
