Entry Requirements:
Employed in an organisation, Minimum grade 4 in GSCE Maths & English
Qualification Gained:
No additional qualifications gained as part of the apprenticeship. The apprenticeship is the recognised qualification. Apprentices aged 16-18 who have not achieved grade 4 for Maths & English at GCSE will be required to complete Functional Skills as part of the apprenticeship.

Apprenticeships are paid jobs that combine on the job training with study to help you gain the knowledge, skills, behaviours needed for a specific career.  As an employee you will earn a wage while working alongside experienced colleagues and studying a related subject, with at least 6 hours per week dedicated to off the job training.

Those with Business Administrator Level 3 have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. This includes small and large businesses alike, from the public sector, private sector and charitable sector. The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.
