Entry Requirements:
Employed in an organisation. Minimum grade 4 in GSCE Maths & English
Qualification Gained:
No additional qualifications gained as part of the apprenticeship. The apprenticeship is the recognised qualification. Apprentices aged 16-18 who have not achieved grade 4 for Maths & English at GCSE will be required to complete Functional Skills as part of the apprenticeship.

Apprenticeships are paid jobs that combine on the job training with study to help you gain the knowledge, skills, behaviours needed for a specific career.  As an employee you will earn a wage while working alongside experienced colleagues and studying a related subject, with at least 6 hours per week dedicated to off the job training.

The role of Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 is to deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. Your core responsibility will be to provide a high-quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality.  These may be one-off or routine contacts and include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, after care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction. You may be the first point of contact and work in any sector or organisation type.
