A Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Level 3 includes understanding of customers and customer retention, consumer branding and the customer experience. You’ll learn about complaints’ procedures, consumer law, how to exceed customer expectations & managing team performance.

Gain experience in a real world business environment and learn with our expert trainers, who will come to your workplace to deliver your training.

Entry Requirements:
  • Currently employed in relevant industry.
  • At least 6 months of supervisory experience.
  • Minimum of grade 4 at GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English &
