You’ll make autonomous decisions from referral to conclusion, whether supporting successful prosecutions, applying penalties, recovering funds, or closing cases with no further action.
Gain deep knowledge of critical legislation (PACE, RIPA, CPIA, HRA, POCA and more), evidence handling, interviewing techniques, and civil/criminal procedures. You’ll interact confidently with lawyers, judges, magistrates, and law enforcement partners while building strong stakeholder relationships.
Delivered at your employer’s premises, continue in your current role whilst combining hands-on experience with expert training in counter fraud investigation.
