Central Training Group’s Skills for Employment, Training and Personal Development course will enable you to gain employability skills to a standard that allows you to effectively function in a workplace, training in a vocational area of your choice, learn personal development skills to help you in everyday life and access a real-life work experience placement.

This course can be delivered onsite, at our centre in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, 1:1 in the community or assessed in a work placement.
