Welcome to Central Training Group’s Personal Development Programme, available in Clacton and Grays.
Our Personal Development Programme will enable you to gain employability skills to a standard that allows you to effectively function in a workplace, train in a vocational area of your choice, learn personal development skills to help you in everyday life and access a real-life work experience placement.

Aged 16-19 (up to 25 with an EHCP), not on any other funded training/college course.

Duration:
1 Year (3 days per week)
