You will achieve a Professional L3 Public Sector Compliance Apprenticeship Standard (Level 3 Public Sector Compliance Apprenticeship).

Public Compliance Officers must grasp the situation, explore, and work with people and entities that may unintentionally, or provocatively, be disregarding guidelines or laws. Taking decisive action is essential to ensure safe compliance.

Entry Requirements:

Employment within a Public Sector Organisation (Local Authority, Local Government Office for example).
Min grade 4 or equivalent in GCSE Maths & English.

Duration:

This Apprenticeship will take approximately 18 months to complete.

Interpreting data, researching risk, Legislation and Regulation, Sector Understanding, Ethical Standards, Systems and Processes, Technical Knowledge, Decision Making, Business Knowledge, Negotiation and Conflict Management, Leadership.
