Central are pleased to be working together with Greater Anglia to offer Traineeships across London, Essex and East Anglia.

Together, with Greater Anglia we are offering 15 Customer Service Advisor Traineeships in stations across Greater Anglia’s network including London Liverpool Street, Tottenham Hale, Norwich, Harlow, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Bishops Stortford and Colchester.

The programme runs for 8 weeks, spending half your time in classroom based learning. The remaining 4 weeks will consist of on the job work experience working across different sections of the station like the ticket office, gate line, and customer information point.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and gain work experience alongside one of the country’s leading rail networks. Every trainee will receive excellent on the job training whilst working alongside experienced staff and management, and have the opportunity to gain accredited qualifications, plus functional skills in maths and English.

You will need to be able to show and uphold the organisations behaviours at all times – Genuine, Professional, Proactive and Inclusive.
