During the pandemic, our amazing tutors here at Central all teamed up to provide you with a list of fantastic resources for hairdressing students: online resources that help you to continue your hairdressing studies at home and keep you busy through lockdown. Although we’re no longer in lockdown, these resources are still gold!
We’ve included Instagram accounts, YouTube and Websites for you to browse through. Some of the websites only offer paid tutorials, so be careful before you sign up.

Follow his Instagram account, as he’s running live classes for you every Tuesday and Friday at 6pm (GMT) throughout lockdown. Best of all, they’re FREE!!!!! Make sure you check out his IGTV, as he saves most of his videos there too, so you can watch later!

Sharon Blaine Education
We love Sharon’s YouTube channel. It’s full of useful tips and tutorials on how to create beautiful styles with long hair. If that’s not enough, she even does some tutorials in different languages, so you could kill two birds with one stone if you wish to brush up on your Español.

Hate tutorials with too much talking and not enough action? Well Sklemina Tatiana won’t do that to you. Her YouTube videos are all about the visuals and very high quality. She’ll take you through how to create stunning braided, bridal and updo hairstyles, with some sultry jazz music playing in the background (feel free to press mute ;p ).
