Able Futures is a free, confidential mental health support programme that helps you build confidence, manage your mental wellbeing, and enjoy more good days — all while continuing with your job, apprenticeship or course.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or just not like yourself lately, support is available without needing to wait for a GP referral or a counselling appointment.
Mental health support with Able Futures
Able Futures is funded by the Department for Work and Pensions and gives you up to 9 months of 1-to-1 support with a qualified Mental Health Coach. It’s all about resilience-building, practical help, and guidance that fits your goals.

Who Can Sign Up?
You can access Able Futures if:
You’re aged 16 or over
You live in the UK
You’re in any kind of paid work (including apprenticeships or even if you’re currently signed off sick)
Your mental health symptoms (diagnosed or not) are affecting your ability to focus, feel motivated, or stay productive
How to Get Support
Getting started is simple. You don’t need a GP referral and there’s no waiting list.
